In our Terms and Conditions we explain how you can make a payment through our online payment portal. If you wish to make such a payment you will be asked to provide personal information. This includes (but is not limited to) our reference number which appears in any correspondence we have sent to you and which will relate to your account and therefore the account to which your payment will be allocated. It also includes your name, address and the amount you wish to pay. That information must be provided before the payment can be made.

Once you have provided that information, you will be re-directed to SagePay in order to actually make the payment. SagePay is a leading online payment service provider. We are not involved in either recording or processing any cardholder information you provide to SagePay and are not responsible for the content of their website nor the privacy of information supplied to them. However, all transactional information which is passed to SagePay is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates and no cardholder information is ever transmitted unencrypted.
