In our Terms and Conditions we explain how you can make a payment through our online payment portal. If you wish to make such a payment you will be asked to provide personal information. This includes (but is not limited to) our reference number which appears in any correspondence we have sent to you and which will relate to your account and therefore the account to which your payment will be allocated.
